Labuan Island - MY HOME

It’s been more than 1-week since i got back to my dear hometown (island) and i’m having a blast here .. so glad to see my family (mum has been constantly feeding me with her food non-stop .. haha), got to see my grandma .. for once, she didn’t complain tat i’m getting skinnier, wat a surprised!

All my frens are well n happy here (so glad to see em), and bcos i’m home my dad’s so nice to ‘re-connect’ the internet line especially for my consumption (thanks daddy), and i’m so glad he did cos i’ve been making new frens here online, a lot a lot of new frens (so overwheming) …

Anyway, i thought since i’ve come to know more people while i’m in my hometown (since i have time to relax and surf net and jogging with my mum etc) so why don’t i kinda do some intro-promo of my little small island to my new frens (especially if u r not from Msia) …

Labuan_map Labuan Island is located in East Msia and consists of a few smaller islands, it’s actually very near Pulau Tiga where the first season of SURVIVOR was filmed.  We’re famous for our seafood and also tax-free stuff .. like liquor, ciggarates etc (i dun smoke btw, hehe).

38676377ferrylabuan If u wanna visit the richest-man in the world, the Sultan of Brunei u can take the ferry across .. which is only like 45 minutes away.

38676380labuanfinancialpark Labuan is also a financial business hub - and i suspect tis is why my dad wanted me to do accounts so tat i can come back to work here … hehe (i got frens from the oil-business industry writing to me saying tat they really enjoy the place), other than that very few of my frens ever been or heard of Labuan : - (

24042953_4c2e0bb5de anyway … Labuan is also famous for fishing competitions, where u can catch BIG fish (dunno wat it’s called already … kingfisher? .. hahah).

Aha…another gal from Labuan…how nice..n how pretty…the place n its people…am not from Labuan though…am from Sabah but I spent my studies years there…UMS LIC…the island is petite….juz imagine how big is the college…but i love it because it’s juz by da seaside…hottt n breezy…wowwww! Labuan…o what a wonderful Labuan…wish to go back there…
